Andrew is a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy, majoring in Marine Transportation, and is finishing a Masters Degree in Emergency Management.

 

He currently holds a 3rd Mate Unlimited upon Oceans license, 100 Ton Master Near Coastal with Aux. Sail, and Tankerman Person In Charge Dangerous Liquids. He is also a Nationally Registered EMT licensed in 3 states.
