Terms and Conditions

Vessel size and distance of delivery dictate the number of crew required. A minimum of one captain and one crew member is required for one or two day deliveries on vessels under 50 feet in length. Longer trips or larger vessels may require additional crew member. We will try to keep all expenses as low as possible.

Owners are responsible for all vessel expenses including mooring/docking fees, spare parts, towing if required, canal transits, fuel, etc. and will be billed accordingly.

By accepting the Estimate, you are entering a contract and understand that we do our best to keep to the quoted charges but additional fees may be added that could increase the charges. Some of these fees include the Weather Delay Charge, additional Fuel expenses, Transportation expenses, ect. and you understand that all expenses and fees on the final invoice must be paid. Failure to pay in full according to the policies may result in additional fees and or other legal methods to collect debts up to taking a lean against the delivered vessel.

We bill in a two payment system. Payment one is 50% of the quoted price, paid at least one month in advance of requested services. Payment two is the remaining 50% of the quoted price plus any of the additional fees that may have been applied; which is to be paid on the day of completion of the services requested.

Cancellation Policy- all cancellations must be made in writing by email, to andrew@morrisonsmaritime.com.

If canceled in writing more than 14 days before the service day. You will be refunded for a total of 50% of the first Payment. If canceled more than 7 days and 14 days or less, you will be refunded for a total of 25% of the first Payment.

If canceled in writing 7 days or less before the start of service day you are required to pay 75% of the total quoted price. All cancellation fees are allowed to be waived at the discretion of the Owner, Andrew Morrison.

Exceptions to these policies are at the discretion of the Owner, Andrew Morrison.
